What the Institute offers you:

The Institute also includes:
- Time to network and build an ongoing learning community of managers and supervisors.
- Teambuilding tools.
- Time to examine your own systems, skills, and self-development.
- Feedback and support from peers and the staff.
- Time to ask questions, share experiences, and practice new skills.
- Small learning groups (Pods) are a special feature of the Institute. Participants meet in groups of 5-7 to reflect on the content of the presentations, discuss questions raised, share experiences, practice skills, give each other feedback and plan how they will apply what they have learned. Each group has a core staff facilitator who guides the group process.

- Clinic managers, clinic supervisors, clinic team leaders, program directors, medical leads, nursing leads
- Anyone who coaches, mentors, or evaluates staff in a clinic setting.

Flights
Skamania is located 45 minutes from Portland International Airport (PDX). Blue Star Shuttle Service provides shuttle service from PDX to Skamania from 8AM – 11:59PM daily. The rate is estimated at $60 one way or $115 round trip, www.bluestarbus.com
Please make sure your arrival flight accommodates for travel to Skamania and the departure flight is scheduled for 6PM or later so you can attend the entire event.
Cost
What will it cost?
- Title X Registration fee: $325
- Non-Title X Registration fee: $375
- Lodging: $325 each for a single room; $275 each for double occupancy. The lodging fee includes two nights room & board and breakfast/lunch daily. Dinner is on your own.
Upon completion of the registration form CHT will make your lodging reservations.
